Integrative Medical Rehabilitation Services Clinic is where we treat our patients as a whole; whether it’s their physical pain, mental or emotional. We also look at the root cause of the problem and rehabilitate using a vast selection of approaches that are offered today in the clinic.
The initial appointment will include: consultation, diagnosis, treatment and the recommended frequency and duration of your treatment plan to help you reach your goals.
We offer quantitative laboratory measurements ranging from intestinal disharmonies, IBS/IBD, Metabolic function for digestion such as: total bio-acid for liver detoxification and oxidative stress, Cortisol panels, Allergy panels, Hormone panels, along with traditional levels of essential vitamins and supplements to ensure you are healthy and sharp all year round.
Our diagnostics approach is based on a collaborative way to provide you with both scientific laboratory results and the natural traditional Eastern wisdom to help pinpoint on the root of the problem and quickly provide you with the necessary tools for a swift recovery.

Questions
Upon your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email of booking confirmation and a checkin email, please complete the checkin forms prior to your visit.
The initial appointment will be an hour long. Please bring any supporting medical documentation to your initial visit. Please wear loose fitting clothing.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, FSA (Flex Spending Accounts), HSA (Health Savings Accounts), Zell and soon will be accepting: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Aetna. Meanwhile we are happy to provide you with a “superbill”- an itemized receipt with the necessary insurance coding that you can use to submit to your health insurance company for direct reimbursement, or have your visits apply towards your deductibles. If you are unsure what your plan covers, call the Members Services Line provided on the back of your insurance card and ask if your insurance covers for Acupuncture, Hypnosis, Massage, Labs, etc.
For your convenience the clinic has its own ample privet parking.
